The Department of Art History will welcome Milette Gaifman, the Andrew Downey Orrick Professor of Classics and Chair of History of Art at Yale University, on October 17th for a lecture titled, "Dionysos in the City Square: from Ancient Athens to the United States"

The Annual Riley Family Class of 2013 Lecture is a true endowment established by a gift from Donald J. and Donna J.G. Riley, Dartmouth Parents '13, and Benjamin M. Riley, Class of 2013, supporting a lecture focused on pre-1850 art and architecture curriculum.
